Signature Spice Recipe

You will also need:

· 1 pound Chicken (about 2 large boneless breasts) or 1 Pound Boneless Lamb cubes

· 1/3 Cup Plain Yogurt (Lowfat or Nonfat can be used)

· 1 Lemon, sliced into wedges (Optional)

· 3 teaspoons Signature Spice Blend

Signature Spice Cooking Instructions

1. In a mixing bowl, stir together chicken (or pork,lamb, or tofu), yogurt, and 3 teaspoons of Signature Spice Mixture.

2. Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator to marinate for at least two (2) hours, but it can be left overnight.

3. Remove the meat from marinade and cook on the grill (or a grill pan stovetop) over medium heat for about 10—12 minutes.

4. (Optional) - Squeeze fresh lemon wedges over the grilled meat.

NOTES:

Cooking time may vary depending on the type of meat and method of cooking.

Additional yogurt can be added if you prefer the dish less spicy.

Preparation time: 5 minutes

Marinating time: 2—24 hours

Cooking time: 15—30 minutes
