Grilled Peaches with Garam Masala Cream
Using Modern Day Masala’s Garam Masala, create this creamy dessert!

You will need:
- 6 ripe peaches, halved
- ½ pint heavy cream
- 2 T honey (I use clover or wildflower, as they are mild)
- ½ tsp. vanilla (Use Mexican or Madagascan)
- 2 pinches of fresh mint, chopped
- 1 tsp. Modern Day Masala garam masala
- Fresh mint springs for garnishing (optional)
Recipe
- Fire up your grill. Place the peaches face down, grilling until marks appear across the surface. Turn once to heat the undersides.
- While the peaches are grilling, whip the cream with the vanilla, garam masala, honey, and chopped mint.
- Place the grilled peaches on serving plates, topping each half with a spoonful of the whipped cream. Garnish with mint and a light sprinkle of garam masala.
- Serve immediately, as the cream will begin to melt into a sea of delicate goodness.
