Modern Day Masala in Marietta goes organic
Modern Day Masala, a Marietta-based company featuring Indian recipes and homemade spices, is now using organic spices and brand new packaging. Modern Day Masala has switched 90 percent of their ingredients to organic and begun the process for USDA Organic certification. The spice mixes represent many popular Indian restaurant dishes and some that are uniquely adapted to represent an authentic family meal made in India. Each spice mix is free of artificial flavors and colors and contains no MSG.
